Matt Riley is the founder of OMEGA 4 Construction and a graduate of Texas Tech University and is a 15 year veteran in heavy civil construction. His diverse experience includes performance at every level in the industry, including large scale highway and roadway projects, residential subdivisions, city streets, and all sizes of commercial projects. His background includes years of estimating and budgeting, to “As Builts” and Contract Close Out. Mark Steiweg is a 35 year veteran in the civil construction industry with extensive experience in highway super pave projects to operating concrete and asphalt plants, and has proven to be a leader among the best in the industry. His expert level of competence in understanding the equipment and the process required to bring a project home on time and on budget has separated him from his competition for many years. Mark knows just how to get the most out of our machinery and our people and has proven to be an incredible asset to OMEGA 4 Construction. 

Jerry Mackenzie is a native of west Texas and has proven he's benefitted from his family’s bloodline coming from generations of service in the heavy civil construction industry. Jerry handles the estimating for OMEGA 4 Construction and has earned the respect of his peers with his attention to detail during the bidding process.
